We begin our relationship with a 30-minute phone call. We’ll introduce ourselves, and ask a few questions about the project, budget, timeline, and expectations. If our team is the best fit for your project, we book an initial consultation.

Every new project starts with a 2-hour on-site design meeting. At this meeting with principal designer, Stephanie Charest, we’ll define the scope of work and gather the information needed to launch your project. Stephanie will walk through your home, answer your questions, make recommendations, and record all project details. You’ll then receive a preliminary Design Brief, a fee estimate and an example of furniture and goods costs.

After our team has measured and photographed the project, the designing begins! We spend anywhere from 6 to 16 weeks planning every detail of your space from layout to lighting, and millwork to materials. We take “detail orientated” to a whole new level.

This is a complete look at your project! We pop champagne and give you a complete walk through of your home and you’ll get to see how the whole space ties together. Once you’re happy with what you see, we clink glasses and begin the execution of your new space! We handle all of the details and logistics so that you can enjoy a stress free experience until your home is complete.

Finally, we put everything into place and add our signature style to the completed project. We want this to be an outstanding experience for you. We pour champagne, open the door and welcome you into your brand-new home!
